Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our atelier has processed your refund or exchange.
